Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in case of damages products.
If you receive the package damaged/defective product/wrong product, report the issue with in 24 hrs of receiving the package.
Please take a video if you suspect a damage with the parcel.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must also have proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or a receipt.
And incase of return we don’t have a return pickup facility hence the parcel has to be sent by the customer to our address.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at +91 9947803356 /store@lotusbabyshop.com . We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of the returned item, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the refund within 5-7 day (on your original payment method) of us receiving the returned item. Some banks and credit card companies may take more time.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. Please take a video if you suspect a damage with the parcel. We may ask for photos or videos of the damaged or defective item to assist with our evaluation.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for a return, such as personalized or custom-made items. If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly indicated on the product page.
